Membership Terms and Conditions

1. Membership Type

  • Memberships are month-to-month and do not require a long-term contract.

  • Membership benefits are valid only for the active member and are non-transferable unless otherwise stated in writing.

2. Billing & Payment

  • Membership fees are billed monthly on the same calendar date each month based on your enrollment date.

  • A valid payment method must be kept on file at all times.

  • If a payment fails, membership benefits may be paused until payment is successfully processed.

3. Cancellation Policy (30-Day Notice Required)

  • Members may cancel their membership at any time with a minimum of 30 days’ written or verbal notice.

  • Cancellation becomes effective 30 days from the date notice is received.

  • Any scheduled billing that falls within the 30-day notice period will still be charged.

Example: If you enroll on January 1 and submit a cancellation request on January 15, your February 1 payment will still be processed, but no further charges will occur after that billing cycle.

4. Membership Benefits & Usage

  • Monthly services included in the membership do not roll over unless explicitly stated.

  • Missed or unused sessions are forfeited at the end of each billing cycle.

  • Discounts apply only while the membership is active and in good standing.

5. Pausing or Freezing Memberships

  • Membership pauses or freezes are not guaranteed and may be considered on a case-by-case basis due to medical or extenuating circumstances.

  • Approved pauses do not override the 30-day cancellation notice requirement unless agreed upon in writing.

6. Changes to Membership Terms

  • Meraki Wellness Center reserves the right to update membership pricing, benefits, or terms with 30 days’ notice.

  • Continued use of membership services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

7. Termination by Meraki Wellness Center

  • Meraki Wellness Center reserves the right to terminate a membership for misuse, abuse of staff or equipment, policy violations, or non-payment.
